Laurel is a third-year Chemistry undergrad working on mosquito-borne virus RNA detection in the Woolley Lab. A Salt Lake City, Utah native, she enjoys hiking in the beautiful Wasatch mountains, sharing her love of chemistry with others, spending time with her younger siblings, and playing the piano and organ.
