Nate graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from BYU. He enjoyed his research with Dr. Price and decided to further research the global protein interactions. Specifically, Nate studies the impact of calorie restriction and dietary protein intake on the overall protein-related maintenance of an organism. During his free time, Nate enjoys long-distance runs, humor, learning about people and relationships, and hanging out with his dog, Buddy. Also, he's vegan, (not for political reasons).
After completing his PhD at BYU, Nate went to Harvard for his post-doctoral research.
