Tyler Mitton is a junior biochemistry student from Michigan, also pursuing a minor in computer science. He hopes to do graduate work in bioinformatics to help further the field of disease research. Tyler is part of the Lipidomics subgroup, doing molecular docking research with proteins associated with Alzheimer's Disease. He aims to design PROTAC molecules with the extremely high throughput possibility enabled by docking in silico.
In his free time, Tyler likes to spend time with family and friends, often playing pickleball, spikeball, and rocket league with friends.
